Some places and people seem un concerned others are trying to do things properly.
So glad we are here in NZ and those who have become complacent are not endangering others.
Your roses look lovely.
My freesias have popped up and are already quite tall. No flowers yet. louleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09814376067060612475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26067482.post-10001297987869477612020-05-29T06:59:10.883+12:002020-05-29T06:59:10.883+12:00Gosh what a rigmarole...it's interesting isn&#...Gosh what a rigmarole...it's interesting isn't it how some the different businesses are treating the current rules/guidelines. Glad you got there in the end. Yes, we have a few spring bulbs flowering as well - I've decided I should be calling them autumn bulbs as they seem to do this often! (I have an idea to go into town one morning and actually wander the shops which I rarely do, to see how all the businesses are faring and buy the odd book or coffee to support them - however I am wondering if it will be more stressful than I would like!)Raewynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11123089629481933099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26067482.post-53984605930156288892020-05-28T11:07:31.489+12:002020-05-28T11:07:31.489+12:00Your roses are beautiful, our jonquils are floweri...Your roses are beautiful, our jonquils are flowering too. Poor plants are very confused. Your waiting experiences were very different, but thank goodness you have your license. I am still not venturing out very much, our supermarket was full of people last time I went and not a lot of social, distancing was happening, at least they have hand sanitiser at the door, not everyone was using it through. Some businesses have been quite innovative in their approach, I guess they will be the ones that come out of this quite well. I really dislike when I've made an appointment, and I arrive on time (or before time) that I then have to wait 20, 30, 45 minutes after the appointed time. One would think that they need to keep the appointments running on time so stop too many people being in the reception area. I've decided that I won't patronise businesses that don't take the appropriate precautions.Piphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07024358673602132526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26067482.post-56352809271708680142020-05-28T00:38:10.331+12:002020-05-28T00:38:10.331+12:00It is rather interesting to see how different busi...It is rather interesting to see how different businesses are approaching things. I went to lunch with some work colleagues today. We precooked a table for 5, as you are only allowed 10 in a restaurant or cafe. When we got there, there was no sanitiser and already mor3 than 10 in the restaurant. We asked to sit outside, as the day was nice, and before long there were more than 10 outside as well. I know they will be allowed to have up to 50 next week, with suitable distancing, but I was rather disappointed. Other places are being wonderful. I love your little jonquils. Ours will be out shortly too. Janicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02288331185772160975noreply@blogger.com
