It turned really cold again, but just for 24 hours. I made homemade bread that turned out really well - forgot the photo till it is half eaten. My Vogels that I buy and like to eat has been quite small loaves lately - I wonder what's going on?
Now the sun is back and the garden jobs call. 3 of my 6 or 7 Viburnums are flowering. Here is Viburnum plicatum tomentosa - my favourite and the bees!
I love the way it's bright green leaves un pleat.
There are lots of bluebells ( and mauve ones )flowering.
The Clivias are hiding in the shade, by the Pierris.
I haven't sewn a stitch all weekend...just looking back through some of my quilting magazines while watching TV last night. Still lots to do today so I better get back to it. I hope your weekend is giving you some moments of pleasure.

When we first moved to this house little clumps of bluebells like yours popped up in the backyard from time to time, but we haven't seen them for years - they were very pretty!
Lovely to see flowers blooming at this time of year *LOL* and now it is probably evening at your place, you sure are on the other side of the globe. I hope you got lots of work done as you planned.
I can see why the bees love that viburnam---what gorgeous flowers! Haven't had breakfast yet---would love a slice of that yummy looking bread!
Prior to buying this house, we rented, & were very surprised to see Bluebells, just before we moved! We had been there some years & had never seen them before.. curious.
Your flowers are lovely.
My daughter, who doesnt often read my blog, (No computer) had a look yesterday, & remarked how lovely my garden appears on screen... the reality is very different, haha!!
